RUNE LEVEL

The higher the level of the Rune, the higher the competency value, and Runes can be upgraded into a higher-grade runes through synthesis.

One main Rune and three material Runes (the same level as the main Rune) are required for the synthesis, and the probability of the synthesis determines the success or failure of the synthesis, and the material Runes used in the synthesis are destroyed upon failure.
